Our Team of Practitioners

I have always cared deeply for those around me whether it was someone I've known my whole life or someone I'd just met. A strangers story can quickly tug at my heart strings bringing forth the deep compassion I feel for those I encounter in life.

In 2020, this left me feeling as though I was not fulfilling a purpose I have here on Earth.  This led me to obtain training to become a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy Practitioner (QHHT).  As I moved forward on my journey to find my soul's purpose I discovered reiki and am also a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, animal reiki master teacher and vibrational sound practitioner.  In 2024, I continued my learning to include hypnotherapy to support people on their journey to betterment.  I continue my emotional and physical healing journey and with the support of these modalities have made great progress and find peace within myself.  I continue to be led to other modalities that I believe will be helpful to those who are meant to cross my path.

My favorite part of the soul's journey is meeting the individuals you know you are meant to meet.  It may result in a lifelong friendship or may be as simple as an encounter waiting in line at a retail establishment.  When you have these encounters it is so very heartwarming knowing the connection was divinely guided.

I look forward to meeting you!

I am a heart-centered healer devoted to helping others reconnect with their inner truth and personal power. My path began through my work as a counselor within a Native Tribe, where I witnessed the profound connection between emotional well-being, community, and spirit. That experience awakened in me a deep respect for the wisdom found in both traditional and holistic approaches to healing.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of studying under a master shamanic healer and a quantum energy coach — experiences that expanded my understanding of the energetic and spiritual dimensions of healing. These teachings transformed not only my professional practice but my life as a whole, guiding me to integrate mind, body, and energy into one cohesive approach.

Today, I specialize in helping clients release the weight of past trauma, clear emotional blockages, and raise their energetic vibration so they can live with greater peace, purpose, and authenticity. My work blends trauma-informed mental health practices with intuitive energy healing, offering a uniquely holistic pathway toward transformation.

My mission is to help you uncover your innate capacity for healing — to move through fear and unresolved emotion, realign with your heart, and embody the wholeness that has always been within you.

Wendy Bjork is a Holistic Empowerment Coach, intuitive practitioner, author, and nationally syndicated columnist who helps people reconnect with their inner wisdom and create meaningful shifts in their lives.

At the heart of Wendy’s work is The Soul Shift, a personalized transformational wellness session for those who may be feeling stuck, heavy, uncertain, or simply ready for something to change.

Each session begins with what is present for you right now. Wendy creates a grounded, supportive space to explore what may be beneath the surface, gain greater clarity, release what no longer feels aligned, and reconnect with what feels right for your next chapter.

Drawing from more than two decades of experience in holistic wellness, Wendy intuitively weaves together the tools best suited to each individual session. No previous experience with energy or soul work is needed. Simply come as you are, with a question, an area of your life you’d like to explore, or simply the feeling that something is ready to shift.
